At Love the Love Weddings & Events we strive to work with you to create the perfect package for your special day. Our services listed below can be implemented as is, or we can create a custom package unique to your own needs and wants. All our planners are fully certified through The Wedding Planners Institute of Canada, and have a vast knowledge of the current wedding industry.

Wedding Consultation (Gold)

Planning a wedding can be quite overwhelming and you may not know where to start. Our consultations are designed to help you answer any questions you may have regarding any area of your wedding. We can spend as much or as little time as you'd like.

Consultations are $250 for the first hour and $50 for each additional hour.

Month-Of Coordination (Platinum)

You know what you want and you've planned it all! But you would like to enjoy your day without stress and worry. Also referred to as Day-Of or Wedding Day Management, with this package LTL will jump in 6 weeks prior to your wedding day to ensure that your perfectly planned day will be executed without a hitch. This package includes, but is not limited to:

Unlimited communication (phone or email)
A review of all vendor contracts & handle follow-ups
Custom wedding itinerary
Rehearsal coordination & on-site direction of wedding ceremony
Managing, organizing & overseeing reception (including its set up)
Providing wedding day emergency kit

Investment starts at $1,800

Full Planning (Diamond)

This package offers assistance to couples from the beginning of the planning process all the way up to the day of the wedding. It begins with an initial meet and greet to get to know each other, we will then brainstorm ideas to develop a beautiful wedding theme custom to your style. This package includes, but is not limited to:

Unlimited consultations
Venue & vendor recommendations including booking appointments and attendance to meetings (if desired)
Full customized wedding planning binder
Theme design development, budget development & payment schedules
All services from the Platinum Package

Micro Wedding/Elopement

Micro Weddings & Elopements have come a long way since heading off to City Hall (or Vegas!). Thanks to the current Pandemic, small and intimate weddings are becoming not only necessary, but also trendy. Couples are realizing they can still have the wedding of their dreams simply with their most near and dear. Having less guests, however, doesn’t make the planning any easier, especially these days. LTL will help couples navigate through all the current restrictions, scheduling changes and booking conflicts, on top of all the typical vendor coordination. This package includes, but is not limited to:

Full Planning using LTL's preferred vendor list
Theme design, budget development & payment schedules
Unlimited correspondence with planner regarding vision, theme, and budget
Creative meetings with vendors (in-person or virtually)
All services from Platinum Package
For weddings with under 50 guests

Proposal Planning/Coordination

Thinking of popping the BIG question and looking for ideas? Or maybe you're short on time and are struggling to execute your plans? LTL Weddings is here to help create the perfect proposal plan that will encompass all the love you share with your future fiancé(e), and exceed both your expectations, either from scratch or using your ideas.

Proposing on its own can be quite stressful, but having to create something so personal, intimate and memorable on your own adds a whole extra level of stress. I will work with you to remove this stress, allowing you to bask in the glory of wow-ing your one true love in the first chapter of the rest of your lives.
